Pool service calls are for any equipment or mechanical system repairs. Please DO NOT use this request for pool clean ups or water balancing service requests. If this is related to a previous service call or issue, please DO NOT submit a new, online request. Call our office instead.
For service calls, an experienced technician will come onsite, diagnose the issue, and either repair or advise you on your options. On average, service calls can have up to a 5-business day wait time and up to 10 business days in peak season.
There is a service call fee of $89.00, excluding parts and labor, which is paid upon submission of this request. Diagnostic and repair labor at the rate of $54.00 per quarter hour, as well as any parts and chemicals, will be billed upon completion of service. Submission of your order authorizes a repair up to $250. Any parts or equipment over $500.00 will require a signed quote.
