Return Policy
Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged under the following conditions:
- The original receipt must be presented for all refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
- Any return over 30 days for instore credit only.
- The return must be completed using the original method of payment and card used at the time of purchase, if applicable.
- Merchandise must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All custom and special orders (i.e. custom covers, awnings, non-stock items, etc.) and clearance sale items are final sale
- Absolutely no refunds on liquid chlorine, for health and safety reasons.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items returned without receipt will be refunded at lowest sale price.
- Christmas items are not returnable.
On-line retail orders
- Chemical delivery returns are subject to $25.00 Re-Stocking fee
