Winter Watch is recommended once a month, weather permitting.  At the time of your closing, you can either ask for a one time visit or one a month to help maintain proper water chemistry. It is recommended for pools that are prone to scale issues.   At these visits we will test and balance your pH, alkalinity, and calcium according to the LSI. We will agitate the water to properly disperse the chemicals as needed, monitor the water levels and pump out water as needed, clean debris off the cover and inspect the garden hose, inspect cover security, i.e., rubber straps, springs, waterbags, anchors and replace as needed. Also, we check the cover pumps and GFCI switches to ensure pump is operational.  Lastly, we will visually inspect your equipment. Once the water is frozen, services will be suspended.
